We are in search of an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the stock levels and presentation of products in our store. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that the right products are displayed at the right time to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Create appealing displays and arrange products in an organized manner to attract customers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the buying team to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management
- Keep track of sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product placement
- Work with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and maintain good relationships
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff to maintain standards and meet targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze sales data
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Own visa preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, as well as accommodation for foreign employees.
