Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is required for this position
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
