Plumber

We are currently seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Albena. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This includes working with pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Read blueprints and follow building codes when installing new systems or making repairs.
- Collaborate with other contractors on construction projects.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Physical stamina to handle physical demands of the job.
- Valid driver's license.

Preferred:
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Certification from a trade school or apprenticeship program.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. We also offer accommodation for non-local employees.
