A rapidly growing technology company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, as well as leading and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions based on business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or other programming languages.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred).
