Finisher - Contract Position in Karachi


We are seeking a skilled finisher to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi. As a finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to various projects, ensuring high-quality and flawless finishes. Your main duties will include sanding, staining, painting, and sealing surfaces to achieve the desired look and texture. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks on various surfaces, including wood, metal, and concrete
- Sand surfaces to smooth out imperfections and prepare them for finishing
- Apply stains, paints, and sealants using brushes or spray guns
- Ensure consistency and uniformity in finishes across all projects
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in finishing work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
