Courier Delivery Associate


We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a courier, possess strong communication and time-management skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring packages are delivered to the correct recipient and handling any delivery-related issues
- Plan the most efficient route for daily deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and potential delays
- Follow all safety guidelines while operating a company vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least one year of experience as a courier or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Own transportation (car or bike) preferred
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if needed

Salary:
This is a contract job paying $1800 per month.
