Job Title: Teamlead - Herning



As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure successful completion of projects. Your main role will involve providing guidance and support to team members, as well as facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team. You will also play a key role in project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Plan projects by defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timeline, and budget
- Allocate resources based on project requirements and team member capabilities
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other teams or departments as needed to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred
- Experience in your profession (e.g. IT development) is required
for this position
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
