As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work area
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide excellent service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Learn about our menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
