Job Title: Surveyor - Land and Property Management

Our surveying firm in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and maps for various land and property projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to prepare accurate measurements, maps, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Identify potential problems or discrepancies in land boundaries or project specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Manage survey equipment inventory and maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques to continuously improve surveying methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in land and property management projects
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems or discrepancies in land boundaries or project specifications
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice in the surveying industry

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of GIS software
- Professional certification (e.g. PLS)
