We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible. Your main goal will be to increase sales and customer satisfaction by creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create appealing product displays that reflect seasonal trends and promotions.
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and have accurate information displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Regularly conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Must have own visa/work permit for Portugal.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month based on qualifications and experience.
