Hotel Sales Manager (Malayalees preferred)



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in hotel sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Dubai preferred
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Biometric passport required for international travel

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance.
