Hotel Sales Manager - Dubai, UAE


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy at our hotel in Dubai. You will work closely with the General Manager to identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract new business
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Coordinate with the revenue management team to set competitive room rates based on market demand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package including commission. The successful candidate must have a valid biometric passport (preferably Indian) and be able to work legally in Dubai without requiring accommodation.
