Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agents, as well as identifying and targeting potential new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Fluency in English is required, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. We are seeking someone with a strong network within the Indian and Nepali communities, as this will be a key market for our hotel. The ability to work part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients and increase revenue
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and travel agents
- Identify potential new business opportunities through market research
- Conduct site visits and participate in trade shows and networking events
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecast future trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong network within the Indian and Nepali communities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
