We are hiring a full-time concierge to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents. Your duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, managing guest requests and inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local attractions and services
- Proactive and able to anticipate guest needs
- Valid visa or ability to obtain one
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Offer recommendations for local dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby/reception area
- Handle phone calls and reservations efficiently
- Keep track of guests' special requests or preferences for future visits
