Gardener for Landscaping Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our landscaping company in Abu Dhabi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces for our clients. This job is ideal for foreigners looking to work in the UAE or Pakistanis with gardening experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to design plans
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Install irrigation systems and maintain them as needed
- Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy by removing debris and litter
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide suggestions for improvements or changes to enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
