Indian Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintaining financial records and implementing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a successful Indian restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional service and follow all company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain financial records, including sales reports, inventory tracking, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan (candidate must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Qatar)
