Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan



We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff training, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport (no English language proficiency required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
