Machine Learning Engineer



As a Machine Learning Engineer in our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions that drive business growth. This is a contract job in Alta, Norway, and candidates with their own visas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
- Collect and preprocess large datasets to train the models
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into ML solutions
- Implement production-ready code using programming languages such as Python or Java
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements for continuous optimization
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
- Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
