Construction Project Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English
