We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our luxurious hotel in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food production, menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Create and maintain a diverse menu that meets the needs of our guests while also ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan special events or promotions that include food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health codes and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the menu offerings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and manage a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and cuisines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dishes while also adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Bulgarian language is a plus).

Salary:
