Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring its security and efficiency, as well as providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Create and maintain network documentation including diagrams, IP addresses, and configurations
- Provide technical support to employees experiencing network or system issues
- Install software updates and patches on servers and workstations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts and access rights on the network

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies including switches, routers, firewalls
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or MCSE
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1100 per month
