Civil Engineering Technician

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will work alongside our team of engineers and assist with various tasks related to the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and collect data for project planning
- Assist with the preparation of engineering drawings and plans
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze data and develop solutions
- Perform calculations and cost estimates for materials and labor
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors
- Keep accurate records of project documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Faroe Islands. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Faroe Islands.
