Instrument Technician - Dickirch, Africa
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Dickirch, Africa. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure instruments are functioning properly.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement new instrument systems.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
This is a contract job with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
