Construction Project Manager
Location: Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including design, procurement of materials, and construction activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
Full-time
Flexible hours may be required during peak periods
