Front Desk Receptionist


We are a reputable hotel in Al-Rayyan seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations and check-ins, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely manner
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and upgrades as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of reservation systems
