Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, from menu planning and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and appealing menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Ensure all food preparation is of high-quality and meets safety standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other support staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menus, promotions, and special events
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning when appropriate
- Adhere to company budget and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia
Preference: Candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines who are fluent in English. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship and flight ticket will be provided by the company.
