Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at our construction site in Clairvaux, Canada. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials and supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks or other designated areas
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery
- Assist with general site cleanup and maintenance as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete work in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds)
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
