Office Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract)
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Los Angeles on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will bring your cultural knowledge and experience to create a positive and inclusive work environment for our diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining supplies
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Maintain office records and files in a well-organized manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Indian culture and customs preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Los Angeles (must be able to work onsite)
