Machine Operator (Indian Nationals)

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Machine Operators to join our team in Mombasa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in order to produce high-quality products. This position requires individuals with a strong attention to detail, good technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Maintain production logs and records
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English language
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
