Facade Technician



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team in Multan. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the exterior facades of buildings. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications and blueprints
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades
- Utilize various hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working at heights
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Technology)
- Experience working with facade installation and repair
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Valid biometric passport for international travel if required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month with the potential for growth based on experience and performance.

Accommodation:
Company-provided accommodation will be available for the first 3 months of employment. After that, the employee will be responsible for arranging their own housing.
