Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. Your job will involve conducting site visits, preparing drawings and specifications, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project completion. This role requires strong design skills, knowledge of building codes and regulations, project management experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture. This position is based in Faro with a salary of $1400 per month without accommodation provided. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender.
