A rapidly growing company in Eldoret is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Urdu and has a strong understanding of the Pakistani market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
- Identify potential clients in the Pakistani market and build strong relationships with them

- Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure their success
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Pakistani market
- Fluent in Urdu with good English communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
