Restaurant Manager - Egyptian/Kenyan Applicants

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Triesen. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of our restaurant. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
- Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Proven track record of managing staff effectively, meeting financial goals, and providing excellent customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to perform at their best
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic or Swahili language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
