Seasonal Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for the busy summer season in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain an adequate supply of food and beverage items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Monitor financial transactions and report any discrepancies to upper management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of $900 per month.
