Back-End Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the user interface with the back-end functionality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in back-end development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of web servers such as Apache or Nginx
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Write efficient code that is scalable and easily maintainable
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Akron, USA (Preferably Indians)
