We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative architectural designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural elements into designs
- Communicate with contractors to ensure that designs are accurately implemented on site
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor required for each design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Ohio
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Akron, Ohio. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Malayalees.
