Architectural Designer



We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are completed within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the designs
- Review and modify plans based on feedback from clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Communicate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design (experience in residential design is preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1400 per month
