We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofer Foreman to join our team in Horsens. As a Roofer Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of roofers to ensure the timely and successful completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of roofers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Plan and organize daily tasks for the team, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Inspect work sites and roofs to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
- Install, repair, or replace roofs according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment by the team
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
