Job Title: Biometric Passport Computer Support Specialist

As a Biometric Passport Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using biometric passport systems in Randers. Your main role will be to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the biometric passport system, ensuring that customers receive efficient and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for biometric passport systems, including software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to the biometric passport system.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email or in person to understand their technical concerns and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use the biometric passport system effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in biometric technology and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Knowledge of biometric technology and experience with biometric passport systems is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide timely solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Randers (Candidates from other cities within Denmark may also be considered)
