We are searching for an experienced Baker to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipe
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing and other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and presentation
- Ensure all food safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers to fulfill their orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and baking ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is preferred but not required
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This job is located in Ufa, Russia.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Some weekend shifts may be required depending on business needs.
