Junior Architectural Designer (Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers with conceptualization, design development, and presentation of architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative design solutions
- Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and ideas
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or senior designers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work or projects (can include academic projects)
- Open to individuals without prior experience in the field
as training will be provided
