Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support over the phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and software
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles
- Conducting system maintenance and updates
- Training users on how to use new technology or software
- Keeping track of all support requests and documenting solutions
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with network setup and maintenance is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work full-time in Copenhagen
- Experience working in customer service is a plus
