Land Surveyor
Location: Kolding, Denmark
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare topographical maps and surveys for construction projects, and provide accurate data for engineering and architectural design. You will also be responsible for managing survey equipment and maintaining accurate records of all survey data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate topographical maps and surveys for construction projects
- Determine property boundaries and legal descriptions
- Provide precise data for engineering and architectural design
- Manage survey equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy in construction plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Salary:
As a full-time Land Surveyor in Kolding, you will receive a competitive salary of 1700$. Benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
