Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project in St. Petersburg. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, managing budget and timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have no prior experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources allocation
- Coordinate all phases of the construction process from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare regular reports on project status for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
