Architectural Designer



We are a leading architecture firm in Eschen, looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with our team of architects and engineers to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs from concept to final construction plans
- Utilize your technical skills to create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet their needs and comply with building codes
- Review project budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually and verbally
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
