IT Support Technician



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Balzers. This is an entry-level position suitable for Indians with fluency in English, no prior experience required. We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As an IT Support Technician, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and maintain network infrastructure. Your role will also involve setting up new user accounts, providing training to clients on basic computer use, and performing regular system backups.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and be able to explain technical information in simple terms. You must also have a good understanding of computer systems and network infrastructure. Experience with Windows operating systems, Office applications, and basic networking protocols is preferred but not required.
