Junior Typesetter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Typesetter to join our publishing team in Herning. As a Junior Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and laying out various types of written materials, including books, magazines, and marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in typesetting to gain valuable skills and grow within the publishing industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Format and layout written materials according to design specifications
- Use software programs such as Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing designs
- Collaborate with editors and graphic designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in design
- Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from editors or clients
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other design software
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications accurately
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of typography and layout principles preferred
- Prior experience in typesetting preferred but not required
