Job Title: Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Odense. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all stages of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications
- Review and approve architectural drawings, designs, and materials
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
