We are a bustling restaurant located in the vibrant city of Siauliai, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Our restaurant prides itself on providing exceptional service and delicious food to our customers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and handling customer complaints
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor food costs to ensure budget goals are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle any HR-related tasks such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
