Restaurant Manager for Indian Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Siauliai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Train and supervise new staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing on ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine setting
- Familiarity with Indian dishes, spices, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1700 per month
